A shop entitles you to gain extra money buy selling ideas. The cost of the shop is 150NP and don't worry you will earn the money back quick. You can decorate it but don't put too many images because it will be slow to load. Don't worry about getting more space for your shop because your items won't all go out at the same time. I recommend about 20-30 ideas for your shop. The best items for your shop are items requested in different quests. I would check your item in the Shop Wizard when you are pricing your items. Try to make your items more than how much you bought it for so that you make a profit. You can collect your money earned from your shop in your shop till. To be kind I would send a neomail to the person who bought from your shop so they can come again.

Bank Account
The National Neopain Banks allows you to collect a daily interest. It might not be much but it adds up in the end. The bank will also protect your money from ghost and other people stealing money. I would always put your money in the bank to keep it safe.

Free Prizes
Go to the quick links on our website. Make sure that you collect your prizes every day or when ever you are allowed to collect them. Most of the places give you prizes and some give you some neopoints put not a lot. You can probably use some of the items in your shop.

Games
Of course, you can get most of your money from games. I would try to master certain games and always know to play that game. The games you master set a goal that you think you should get before sending the score. Remember you only are allowed to send the game score 3 times. I recommend for newbies the games Extreme Herder and Meerca Chase in action.

How to Gain Your Neopet's Stats
The best way to get your neopet smarter is just reading books. Don't always just buy the cheap and boring books. Buy books that will interest your neopet. Some books give 1 point and the other books give 2 points. You will see that your neopet's reading level will increase higher every time you read them a book.

There are many ways to gain your neopets level, strength, hit points, defense and movement. The easiest ways are to go the Training School in Mystery Island and The Academy in Kwark Island. The Training School only allows codestones that are above 4000NP in people's stops or if you’re lucky you will find one. The Academy allows dubloons and you can buy them in shops or find them. I prefer the Training School then the Academy over the Academy. If you’re not willing to pay this much for school then do different quests they also raise something of your pets.

The owner or someone in the council should have a Donation Shop. The Donation Shop works in many different ways depending on how you want it to work. One way to have a Donation Shop is to have items that are overpriced but still affordable for other people to buy. Another way to have a Donation Shop is to sell your junk or regular items at regular price. It's best to use junk items from dailies prizes so that you don't have to buy anything. When you earn money from your Donation Shop use it for prizes and giveaways in your guild, but try to not spend it all at once.

Contests
Each guild needs contests or something going on in the guild. If you are in need of members I would recommend have a contest of getting members. Some other contests are Raffle, Lottery, Mystery Item, and much more. Every contest needs prizes and the prizes need to be something that everyone would be looking forward too. Try not to have too many contests running at the same time or it gets hard to keep up.

Awards
Awards are good for a guild to see who the best is for a certain time. There are different ways you can choose the winners of your awards. You can have the council pick, members pick, and many others. I recommend having Member, Neopet, or Donator of the week or month. Try to give a good prize and make it a real honor to be picked. If you make it really special then everyone will try to earn it.

Council
The council is really important in the guild. The guild may rely on the council so you must be good and active people. Try not to make it so hard to be in the council and make it so that everyone may have a chance. There are basically two ways to make the council. One way is to let the owner pick who the owner thinks should have the job. The second way to pick is the let the members in the guild vote on the council. Make every council position different from each other. The council needs to meet to together to discuss guild things. The council shouldn't run the guild but oversee it.

Website
Every guild needs a website. The website tells your members what activities are going on in your guild. The website will be easier to understand then putting it all on neopets page. There are many places where you can make a free website with and without html. Freewebs.com allows you to make a website with and without html. I recommend that site for begginners. Geocities is great to make a website with html.

Members
It is very important to have active members. Every guild needs members that are active and that will be in all the contests. It is very hard to get a lot of members. The best ways to recruit members are from the neopets message boards. A ranking system would be a way for the different members to have a higher rank and earn rights in the guild.

Layout
Your layout is one of the most important things for people checking out your guild. Your layout needs to be cool so that other people will think it is a good guild because of their layout. Try not to make your layout so full that it's too much to read, you can put some things on your website. Make sure your layout has a message from the owner, links, rules, winners and anything you want.

Rules Each guild needs rules that will be followed. One person in the guild should be in charge of monitoring the members of the guild. Without rules the guild would be wild and everything would be crazy. Make sure the members of your guild follow your rules. Try to have consequences if a member of your guild breaks a rule but don't be mean because you don’t want to lose a member.

Other
There are so many other things that makes a guild great. Some of the other things are giveaways, newbie packs, newspaper, and much more. Try not to over pack your guild or it will be hard to go along with everything.
